Consumer Advisory Body
Home Instead is forming a Consumer Advisory Body composed of individuals utilizing our home care services, along with their CAREGivers & family members. Your input is crucial to us, as we strive to enhance the quality of our services based on what matters most to you.
Why are we putting together a Consumer Advisory Body?
In accordance with new Government mandates, starting from December 1, 2023, all approved aged care providers, including Home Instead, are obligated to propose the formation of a Consumer Advisory Body at least once every 12 months.
Home Instead is extending an invitation to aged care consumers and their representatives to join a Consumer Advisory Body. The primary aim of this body is to provide Home Instead with valuable feedback on the quality of care provided to our clients, enabling us to enhance our services. Consumers and their representatives are encouraged to express their interest by registering for participation.
Make sure to read our Consumer Advisory Body Information Sheet before completing the Expression of Interest form.
