Hi, my name is Victoria, I am the owner of Home Instead Redlands and Logan (along with my husband Aaron). We started the business in 2013 and it brings me so much joy to support older people to live independently in their own homes. I have three children and love to spend time with the family out on the bay.

Aaron Meyers

Hi I’m Aaron, I’m co-owner of Home Instead with my wife Victoria. Starting Home Instead became a real passion of mine from my own personal experience of struggling to find suitable care for my grandparents. I am passionate about providing people with the freedom to live happily in their home while still being able to receive high quality care. Outside of the office, I enjoy playing squash, fishing and spending time with my young family.

Hello, my name is Michelle and I work at Home Instead as a Care Manager. My passion for working in the Community began in 2005 and has only grown stronger. I feel blessed to be involved with all my clients and their families and strive to provide the best care possible.

I would like to introduce myself, my name is Melanie and have been with Home Instead since 2013 as a Care Manager. Working for the Redlands and Logan office feels like family. Just knowing that we are making a difference in our clients lives daily is rewarding in itself. I spend my free time with my family, watching sporting events, fishing and spending time with friends.

Hi, My name is Susanna. I am a Registered Nurse from Finland and I am a Care Manager for Home Instead Redlands and Logan. Helping people to achieve the best possible quality of life is close to my heart.

My name is Catherine, I have over 20 years’ experience working in recruitment and love nothing better than finding premium CAREGivers for our wonderful clients. Having worked in the Aged Care Industry since 2016, it essential to find the right CAREGiver for the right client and it means the world to me to get that perfect match.

In my free time, I love being with my family, rearing a garden of succulents and Mediterranean cooking.

My name is Karen, I have a background in nursing and caregiving and began working for Home Instead Redlands and Logan as a CAREGiver. I am the Training Coordinator for the CAREGivers in the Home Instead Redlands and Logan Team. Finding like-minded people to provide quality care motivates me every day.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, exercise and spending time with my family.

Sharron Mobley-Guazzo

Hi, my name is Sharon prior to starting with Home Instead Redlands and Logan my background has been in Administration. I am a scheduler with Home Instead and really enjoying working in such a beautiful family business. In my role I enjoy having contact with clients in our aged community and being able to make a difference in their daily life. I find this aspect of my job very rewarding.

In my spare time I love to travel, catch up with friends and spend time with my family.

Mark Sargent

My name is Mark and I started with Home instead Senior Care Redlands and Logan as a caregiver, a position I enjoyed immensely.  L loved the transition into the office where I am now assisting with scheduling. I find being in contact with both Clients and Caregivers on a daily basis and supporting our community is extremely rewarding.

In my time at home I spend time with my dog and friends, work in my vegetable garden and ride my pushbike through national parks and trails.

Hello, my name is Anita and I have been working with Home Instead since October 2019.

My background is in accounts and administration, with experience in the Insurance and Hospitality Industries.

I am absolutely thrilled to be working for such a caring, community focused and family orientated business.

Heidi Owens

Hello, I’m Heidi and I am the Finance Coordinator at Home Instead Redlands and Logan, prior to this I’ve worked as a bookkeeper with multiple clients, an office manager for a small business and various administrative/executive support roles within Queensland Health. I am a registered BAS Agent and am currently studying a Bachelor in Business & Commerce (Accounting). I am passionate about the ‘behind the scenes’ work, implementing business processes to enhance productivity and accuracy in accounting systems and am so proud  to be assisting the HISC Bayside team with this.  In my down time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Hi I’m Davina and I have been with Home Instead Redlands and Logan since 2019. I previously worked as a CAREGiver and now in with the office team as a Client Service Coordinator.

I really enjoy working with Home Instead ensuring Seniors can live at home Independently and with confidence.

Hi, I’m Kelly and I have worked with Home Instead since 2019 as a CAREGiver. I now work in the office as a member of the Scheduling Team.

I enjoy working with Home Instead as they work together to ensure that the Client’s needs are met and seniors can live in the comfort of their own homes feeling supported.

As part of my current role, I am able to draw on my experiences as a CareGiver, Enrolled Nurse and Diversional Therapist to provide holistic care. I am passionate about delivering individualized care to make a positive difference in peoples lives.

In my spare time I like to go to the beach, crochet, read and spend time with my family – and dog.

Hello my name is Stacey Wright and I’m the Client Service Manager for Home Instead.  I absolutely love my role and I’m very blessed to be able to work in such an organisation which is a family owned and operated.  We provide the highest quality in relationship based in home care for older Australians and we really do make a difference.  It is my role to build the Home Instead brand so we can reach and assist as many people as we can, which is truly exciting.

In my free time, I love being with my family, friends & fury friends, I really enjoy relaxing by the water while soaking in the sunshine.

Hi, my name is Kahl and I have been with Home Instead Redlands and Logan since March 2021. I am passionate about being a part of the driving force to enable our clients to stay at home.
Prior to working for Home Instead I have been active in the aged care industry in a call centre environment assisting clients with care to help them remain independent in their home.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, going for long walks, video gaming and spending time with my cat.
