Established in 2018, our Home Instead Newcastle office is the trusted choice for in-home care and companionship services in Newcastle & Lake Macquarie Region. Home Help

As we get older, everyday tasks can start feeling a little more strenuous. But that doesn’t mean you’ll need to leave your home behind. Our CAREGivers can help with a variety of household tasks, from vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, cooking and more.

Personal Care

Home Care and support with personal needs such as washing, showering, grooming, dressing, walking or mobility, or a companion with personal outings.

24 Hour Care & Overnight Care

Our 24 hour in-home care service caters to clients at high risk for falls, with severe mobility challenges, extensive medical needs, or palliative care requirements, and most commonly, those with dementia who require constant supervision and care.

Dementia Care

Our trained CAREGivers can help with regular day-to-day tasks for those with dementia and give their family peace of mind. Our relationship-based approach delivers personalised dementia care and helping ageing Australians stay in home for longer.

Palliative Care

Personal, compassionate and supportive palliative care. A personalised layer of support aimed to improve the final stages of those living with limiting conditions. Our trained CAREGivers can support your care needs and develop a home hospice or palliative care plan.

Respite Care

Our respite care services are tailored to helping out your regular carer, offering you both some help when needed. A well-planned respite program provides you both regular, scheduled breaks – helping to keep your home manageable, comfortable and relaxed.

Hospital to Home

To help you or a loved one recover and regain physical independence sooner following a hospital stay, Home Instead provides short-term and ongoing transition home care services to support you in your full recovery.

Home Care Package Management

Our passionate and experienced care teams will help you plan, coordinate and manage your Home Care Package. We make sure you are receiving the highest level of in-home care while understanding and navigating the details of your subsidised care package.
