Managing Director

Paul Mathewson

Paul started his social work career in his hometown of Mildura in north-western Victoria in the late 1980s. He has worked in senior management roles in several not-for-profit organisations in both Mildura and Melbourne providing services to children, young people, families, people with disabilities and the aged. Paul has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Social Work and completed his Masters in Management & Public Policy in 2003. He has also completed training in Aged Care, Training & Assessment, and Dementia Care. As well as being managing the day-to-day operations of the Home Instead office, Paul’s main role in the office is CAREGiver recruitment and training.

Care Manager

Janelle Wright

Janelle has been working in the aged and disability sector for almost 20 years. Through her work in direct care and Case Management , Janelle has developed a thorough understanding of services for people who are wish to remain in their own homes. She also has a strong community spirit being involved in not for profit programs assisting people from low social economic backgrounds. Janelle has been employed with Home Instead Senior Care since mid-2014.
