About the Client Care Coordination Team Leader position

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Team Leader to manage a team of Client Care Coordinators (schedulers).

The Team Leader will supervise and coordinate the team of Client Care Coordinators to ensure efficient and effective scheduling of services for clients and CAREGivers.

You’ll also be hands on, playing an important role in assisting with scheduling our CAREGivers and matching them to clients needs.

This role is based in our Upwey Office and will be a permanent full-time ongoing position, starting immediately.

Your role in more detail

  • Monitor, mediate and log both client and CAREGiver activity and feedback
  • Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of the business by contributing to the development of processes and procedures to ensure the consistent delivery of quality care
  • Proactively contribute to development of a positive and productive team environment within the office by mentoring and managing team members
  • Develop and implement system efficiencies to improve data integrity
  • Roster team working hours to ensure adequate provision of services are provided at all times including coordination and management of the afterhours on call roster for evenings and weekends

 

Requirements for success

  • Experience in a rostering or scheduling position organising people or services
  • Hands on leadership experience managing a small team
  • A demonstrated empathy to the needs of older people
  • A great phone manner with great customer service skills
  • The ability to pick up new software quickly, accurate data entry and attention to detail
