About this role:
Previous experience is not essential as we provide you full training and support. As a CAREGiver you will provide individual person centred care to support people to stay in their own homes for a longer period.
As a Home Instead CAREGiver you will provide:
- Personal care to our clients, including companionship and domestic support, assistance with meal preparation, showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Compassionate home care through building trust and taking the lead to support individuals to live as independently as possible at home
- Individualised care that is tailored to suit the personal needs of our individual clients
Ideally, we would like you to:
- Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families
- Be personable, approachable, and able to build relationships with each of your clients
- Be reliable with clear communication skills
