Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office facilities; welcoming guests, organise meeting rooms and order supplies and groceries.
    Answer, screen and forward incoming calls, providing a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders
    Assist with the organisation of corporate functions and events as well as engagement initiatives for the National Office
    Assist with travel and accommodation requirements as requested
    Provide secretarial and high-level administration support including mail collection, calendar coordination and developing presentations
    Manage employee carparking and expense processes as well as supporting with employee onboarding

About you

  • Demonstrated experience as a receptionist, front office representative or a similar role
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems with ease
    Professional attitude and appearance
    Resourceful and proactive with excellent multitasking and time management skills
    Warm, positive attitude
