The Client Services Coordinator (Scheduling) will perform a variety of duties to coordinate and schedule services for Home Instead clients. Based in Ormond, the successful candidate will be working full-time in a supportive and dynamic team.
Key duties:
-Coordination of services delivered to our Clients;
-Maintain Carer schedules within the database system;
-Monitor, mediate and record Carer and Client activity;
-Answering new client service enquiries in a knowledgeable and supportive manner;
-On occasions, assist with out-of-business hours calls when the On-call Worker is unavailable.
-Be a team player.
To be successful in this position, applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to meet the following Key Selection Criteria:
-Demonstrated experience in scheduling services and having attention to detail;
-Demonstrated experience using scheduling databases, and proficiency in use of Windows and Microsoft Suite;
-Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with all parties associated with service delivery;
-A demonstrated empathy to the needs of older people;
-A knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care industry; and,
-Strong organisational skills including proven ability to meet deadlines, problem solving and reporting requirements.
