Scheduling Officer

We are currently seeking a confident, enthusiastic and charismatic individual to join our team as a client services /community services representative. In this role you will be responsible for marketing the Home Instead brand within the local community to grow the business by building strong, lasting local partnerships which lead to referrals of new clients.

About the role: You will be:
- Sourcing new business development opportunities by building relationships within your local community to generate referrals and new business opportunities to source new clients.
- Increasing market exposure and community awareness about Home Instead’s services to new and existing clients, business and community groups, health service providers, industry associations and key external stakeholder groups.
- Creating and maintain effective relationships with new and existing referral providers primarily in the health sector.
- Researching, planning and successfully executing regular community marketing events including presentations.
Ideally, we would like you to:
- Be outgoing and confident in building rapport and relationships
- Have strong communication skills and be able to quickly build trusted relationships
- Have business experience in marketing/sales/business development or demonstrated ability and confidence in the consultative sale of services
- Have proficient computer skills
- Hold a current valid driver’s licence
- No criminal background
