As a CAREGiver Coach, you will provide guidance, support, leadership and training to CAREGivers, helping them develop their skills and manage the challenges of their roles. You will work closely with CAREGivers to address their concerns, provide personalized coaching, and offer practical solutions to enhance their caregiving experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to CAREGivers to asst them in providing quality care
  • Provide a supportive environment for caregivers to share their experiences, concerns, and emotions, and offer advice and encouragement.
  • Conduct training on client specific requirements and equipment in the client’s home.
  • Track the progress of CAREGivers, providing feedback and adjustments to ensure quality of care.
  • Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team by maintaining records in systems and ensuring documentation is up to date

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years in aged care with exposure dementia care, palliative care & end of life care
  • CERT 3 in Individual Support is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in using equipment related to Aged Care (lifting hoists, mobility, disability and rehabilitation equipment)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate CAREGivers
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Must hold a valid Australian driver’s licence
  • Must have a reliable car and mobile phone
