About this role:
- Conduct and manage all key finance functions of client invoices & employee payroll
- Process PAYG, BAS, Superannuation, Payroll tax as legislated and Queensland Long Service Leave provisions
- Prepare administration and financial reports for business owners and managers
- Support the acceptance, creation, administration, management and reporting of individual clients Home Care Package via My Aged care and Services Australia portals
- Process Home Care Package claims to Aged Care Online Claiming
- Track and maintain client NDIS agreement registers and invoicing
Ideally, we would like you to:
- Be proficient in the use of our software systems currently Reckon (moving to Netsuite and Aurion), Alayacare, Sharepoint, Office 365
- Adaptive to new technologies.
- Be a team player who is also self-motivated and can work autonomously.
- Be meticulous with your attention to detail, accurately capture data, and have a logical and organised approach to your daily operations.
- Have strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
- Have a strong foundation in finance or bookkeeping (whether through a degree or related industry qualification or relevant financial work experience) which has enabled you to develop robust analytical, interpretation and numeracy skills
- Process-oriented
